01.Information We Collect

At ISP CRM Cloud, we collect information necessary to provide, manage, and optimize our ISP management and billing platform. The categories of information we collect include:

  • Account Information: When you register as an ISP client, we collect your business name, corporate address, representative email, phone number, and billing details.
  • Subscriber Data: To perform CRM and billing operations, our platform processes subscriber information that you upload or input, including subscriber names, connection addresses, IP addresses, bandwidth packages, billing cycles, and payment histories.
  • Network & Integration Data: We collect configuration data for routers (such as MikroTik API credentials, IP pool allocations, and NAS profiles) that you configure within the system to enable automated bandwith control and provisioning.
  • Usage Information: We automatically collect log data about user actions on our platform, such as login timestamps, IP addresses, feature accesses, page views, and API calls.

02.How We Use Your Information

We process the collected information to deliver a robust and highly secure ISP management experience. Specifically, we use the data for:

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the features of the ISP CRM Cloud platform.
  • Automating billing generation, processing subscription invoices, and collecting payments.
  • Enabling automated subscriber connection controls (e.g., auto-disconnecting expired lines and upgrading bandwidth packages via router integrations).
  • Sending critical service notifications, network status reports, SMS alerts, and marketing newsletters (subject to your communication preferences).
  • Providing responsive technical support and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Detecting, preventing, and addressing security breaches, unauthorized logins, and fraud.

03.Data Storage & Security

Data security is critical to protecting your ISP operations. We employ enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your business information:

All data transmitted between your browser, subscriber routers, and our cloud servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). We store all user data in highly secure, firewalled data centers that undergo regular security audits. Access to account data and router configurations is strictly restricted to authorized employees who require access for platform maintenance and support.

While we implement advanced physical and digital safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong password policies and securely store your API keys and router login credentials.

04.Third-Party Services

ISP CRM Cloud integrates with third-party service providers to facilitate essential ISP operations. These include:

  • Payment Gateways: We integrate with trusted payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, and card processors) to handle secure subscriber bill payments. We do not store full credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
  • SMS & Email Gateways: We share basic contact info (e.g. mobile numbers and email addresses) with gateway providers solely to dispatch automated monthly billing alerts, payment receipts, and system notifications.
  • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on premium cloud infrastructure providers that comply with strict data safety regulations.

These third parties only process data according to our instructions and are contractually prohibited from using or sharing it for any other purpose.

05.Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user navigation and monitor website traffic:

  • Essential Cookies: Required to keep you authenticated in your administrative dashboard and to retain interface preferences.
  • Performance & Analytics Cookies: We utilize analytics software to gather anonymous visitor data (e.g., browser type, session length, traffic sources) to improve site performance and interface layout.

You can configure your browser settings to refuse cookies or warn you before accepting them. However, refusing cookies may disable specific functionalities in the administrative portal.

06.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you and your subscribers have certain rights regarding personal data:

  • Access: The right to request copies of the personal data we hold about your business or your subscribers.
  • Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure: The right to request that we delete personal data, subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations.
  • Data Portability: The right to export subscriber lists and billing histories in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Consent Withdrawal: The right to opt out of promotional communications at any time.

07.Data Retention

We retain account data and customer configurations for as long as your service subscription is active. In the event of service cancellation, we retain billing records, subscriber connection history, and operational logs in an archived format to comply with tax regulations, audit mandates, and legal ISP record-keeping requirements in your operating region.

Upon termination of your account, any router credentials, API connection paths, and temporary connection caching details are permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days.

08.Children's Privacy

Our software and services are exclusively designed for ISP business operations, corporate representatives, and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. ISP CRM Cloud does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers.

09.Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material modifications, we will notify registered ISP administrators via email or display a notice within the platform dashboard before the change takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy page reflects the date of the most recent modifications. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our data handling practices.
